Grey's 5th Birthday - Celebration 2

Blogger posted the pictures backwards *sigh*, but I'm tried of messing with them. We started out Greys special day with a special donut breakfast! He was so excited to have both Mom and Dad home this morning to start his day. Unfortunately, Ella was sick so I had to stay home and take her to the dr. But, I did get to spend the day with Grey as well, so that was awesome! Anyway, Grey started his day with yummy donuts and took cupcakes to school while I took Ella to the dr. The school lost electricity, so I had to go pick up Grey after the dr appointment
and I missed the cupcake celebration. Billy came home early and Grey got to open his gift from us - a 2 wheel scooter! He was so excited and we spent a long time outside enjoying the day! Grey got to pick his birthday dinner and he chose McDonalds. Yum. But, it was his pick so that is where we went. He had a blast getting to climb and play. To end the night right, we came home and had cake. He had a great day and I can't believe he is 5!!!

Greys Birthday Celebration - 1

Grey is turning 5 this week, so we wanted to celebrate his birthday. For a fun treat, we decided to go to The Rainforest Cafe. Grey liked it a lot, but didn't know what to think of the animals "going crazy". It was a great family outing and I think he really enjoyed it. He got a volcano dessert and they sang Happy Birthday to him! Unfortunately I forgot my camera, so the only pictures I got were on my phone.

5 Months

Miss sweet Ella is 5 months old! I can't believe how fast time has flown. It feels like she has been with us forever, and yet at the same time that it should have just been a few days ago that I had her. In honor of her fifth month, here are 5 things about Ella.

1)She is starting to sit up.
2)She is such a happy little chatter-er!
3)She has learned to shriek (boy that has been fun). Its a happy yell, but wow!
4)She can get anywhere she wants by rolling.
5) She is already showing signs of strong independence. She really wants to feed herself so bad!!

Ella has been such a joy and amazing blessing to our family. We are cherishing each and every moment because they seem to fly by so fast!
